Very disappointed as my family and I have been going to Posto for years. Had dinner there 7/31 and when I received my bill I noticed a new “surcharge fee” added to my bill. It stated if I paid cash I wouldn’t need to pay it, but if I used card it would be added. So when I asked for the manager , the manager came over and I questioned this fee. He stated that as credit rates went up during COVID, they needed to compensate for it. He stated that this isn’t illegal and that it’s totally fine. I never heard of such a fee , especially when they don’t tell you till you get your bill. The staff, food and service is prime - it’s greedy owners that scheme up things like this that turn a loyal customer away. You can I will certainly tell my friends and family not to go. I will be contacting my card company to report this. BEWARE
